  • One (1) complimentary registration. Includes access to educational sessions (no CME) to both the Q&S and Informatics events, breakfasts, lunches, and receptions.
  • Company listing on the meeting website.
  • One-page printed flyer (marketing handout) provided to attendees at registration. Sponsor must bring flyers to meeting.

Silver Sponsor | $3,500

Gold Sponsor | $4,500

  • Exhibitor Table: One (1) 6-ft. skirted table, wastebasket and two (2) chairs (no full-size pop-ups).
  • Three (3) complimentary registrations. Includes access to educational sessions (no CME) to both Q&S and Informatics events, breakfasts, lunches, and receptions.
  • Speak directly to 2022 Imaging Informatics Summit attendees on an ACR approved topic at the in-person event during an industry roundtable Oct. 22 focusing on specific area of interest. Industry roundtable sessions are 30 minutes. Maximum of eight (8) sponsors. Sponsors will include a proposed topic for ACR approval with the online submission and roundtable moderators will be assigned.*
  • Prominent signage in registration area and lunch and/or break areas for both events.
  • Submit proposed copy (200–300 words) for review no later than Sept. 20, 2022, to include in the gold sponsor pre-meeting email to conference attendees at both events sent by the ACR.

Deadlines

To participate, sponsors must:
  • Submit registration/payment by Sept. 15. (All Sponsors)
  • Submit organization’s hi-res logo and links to organization website by Sept. 19, 2022. (All Sponsors)
  • Submit a proposed Informatics Summit topic during registration. (Gold Sponsors)
  • Submit a summary of Informatics Summit roundtable talking points and 2–3 questions for moderators no later than Sept. 20, 2022. (Gold Sponsors)
To participate, a la carte exhibitors must submit registration/payment by Sept. 30.
